How do I access my Essential Skills certificate?

To access your Essential Skills certificate, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Go to Record of Learning.

Step 2. Find the Community Coaching Essential Skills course under Course Title, and click the hyperlink to access the course.

Step 3: Click on the tile below:

Step 4: Select Essential skills course certificate

Step 5: Click View Certificate and your certificate will download to your device:

If your certificate isn't available, make sure you have completed the course in full.

You will need to complete all activities within the course to be able to download your certificate.
