The course has built-in checks to ensure all elements of the course have been viewed/clicked on. It's possible you have not unlocked all activities in the course.
Check that you have completed all activities within the module by clicking the menu in the top right hand corner:
If an activity is complete, it will have a blue tick.
If the activity is incomplete, there will not be a blue tick:
