You may receive the following error message when trying to create a new account on the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) Learning Centre:
This email address is already in use in the Australian Sport Learning Centre. Please contact learninghelp@ausport.gov.au if you wish to transfer your account from the ASC learning centre to your sport learning centre. You may also proceed by choosing to use an alternative email address that is not already in use in the Australian Sport Learning Centre.
Common causes for this error message
You already have an ASC Learning Centre account:
If you already have an ASC Learning Centre account, you can log in via the following page: Australian Sports Commission Learning Centre.
If you are unable to remember your login details, you can submit a password reset request via the following page: Forgot username or password.
If you have tried to reset your password and you have received an email indicating you have an account in a different sport Learning Centre (e.g. Netball), please refer to the section below.
You already have an account with a different sport on the Australian Sport Learning Centre:
You may already have an existing account in another sport Learning Centre - please refer to this page for a list of sports that are available on the ASLC: Sports in the Australian Sport Learning Centre
If you have an account for a different sport on the ASLC, you do not need to create an Australian Sports Commission (ASC) Learning Centre account to access ASC courses.
ASC courses can be accessed from your existing sport Learning Centre account:
- Log into your sport Learning Centre account
- Select the Find Learning button at the top of the page
- Use the search bar to search for the ASC course that you would like to enrol in
