Overview

The Community Coaching Essential Skills (CCES) course contains seven modules.

Upon completion of each individual module, you will be able to access an 'Award' certificate which signifies your completion of the module.

Once you have completed all seven modules, you will be able to access the CCES certificate which signifies your completion of the entire course.

To access your Community Coaching Essential Skills module award, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Go to Record of Learning.

Step 2. Find the Community Coaching Essential Skills module under Course Title in the Record of Learning table and click the hyperlink to access the course.

Step 3. Click on the Award tile.

Step 4. Select the text Community Coaching - How you connect award.

Note: If there is a Restricted text under the award, you have not yet completed the module. Go back and click on one of the other tiles Check-in, How you connect or Final thoughts to see what you still need to complete. 

A green tick will show for a completed module and the grey tick is for not yet completed. Click here for more help on how to complete courses.

Step 5. Click on the View certificate block and your certificate will download to your device.

To access your Community Coaching Essential Skills certificate, please follow the steps below.

The Community Coaching Essential Skills certificate will only be available for you to access once you have completed all 7 of the CCES modules. 

Step 1. Go to Record of Learning.

Step 2. Select the Programs tab

Step 3. Select the Community Coaching Essential Skills Course

Step 4. Select the Community Coaching Essential Skills Certificate

Step 5. Click on the Certificate tile.

Step 6. Click the text Community Coaching Essential Skills Certificate. Please note it may take up to an hour for the certificate to become available after completing your last module.

Step 7. Click on the View certificate block and your certificate will download to your device.
