About the course:
This course was designed by women with lived experience of disability. It provides practical strategies and resources for community club volunteers and sport administrators to engage and include people with disability, both as participants and in the workforce, helping clubs become more accessible and inclusive.
It is designed to provide community coaches, umpires, participants and volunteers with practical strategies to create inclusive environments for people with disability with a focus on enhancing accessibility and employment outcomes alongside providing a foundational understanding of key topics such co-design, advocacy and universal design.
