The original Emergency Response Training course was released in May 2024. This course was updated to Lead Well: Emergency Response Training course in May 2026. The main content of the course is the same, just minor edits to the course were made. All course completions are maintained and in progress attempts may be required to complete the course again.
Who this course is for:
Anyone within an NSO/NSOD that may find themselves in an emergency response situation and not just for those that are part of their organisations Critical Incident Management Team.
About the course:
Provides practical guidance for those who may be first on the scene of an incident, focusing on how to respond quickly, safely and effectively in the critical early moments. It equips participants with simple tools and clear actions to prioritise people, secure the environment and manage immediate risks, while ensuring the right information is captured and escalated.
Please note: This course does not include First Aid or any medical training.
