About the course:
This engaging and practical course is aimed to help sporting leaders at all levels navigate the difficult decisions you need to make to lead your sport.
Do we want referees to follow the rules of the game strictly all the time, or put the whistle away and let the game flow? Do we want managers to ignore minor transgressions for the greater good of the team, or apply the same standards no matter what the situation (or who is involved)?
In this course, you will be taken through specially selected sporting scenarios to help you think about what you consider important when you make a decision as a sporting leader. Concepts of ethics, integrity and critical thinking are introduced in a fun and interactive way to develop your leadership journey.
