My answers are not being saved

This article is for learners whose' answers are not being saved.

If the following message appears when submitting your answers, it means that you are viewing the questions in preview mode and the answers will not be saved.

To ensure that you do not enter this section in preview mode, please follow these steps:

• Click on the text hyperlink "Answer the questions" to open the questions and complete them.
  
  NOTE: Do not select the eye icon as shown below. This will open the questions in preview mode and your questions will NOT be saved
